Financial Arrangements

In order to provide the highest quality care on a sound basis, we have developed convenient payment options for you to choose from. Prior to proceeding with the treatment, fees and financial arrangements will be discussed with you.

We will always attempt to directly bill your insurance company for the expected benefit. However, it is understood that the patient is ultimately responsible for the fees associated with the services rendered.

We expect that any balance not covered by the insurance company is to be paid at the time of service.
